Converting to a Green Eating Lifestyle
After reading Victoria Boutenko’s book ‘Green for Life,’ I started incorporating green smoothies sporadically into my diet. The book is about blending (not juicing) leafy greens and fruits to get all the vitamins and proteins in the fibrous greens.
